You will assist customers and store teams with clear communication, document observations, and respond to situations with professionalism and calm.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to customers and store staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail convenience location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, suspicious activity, medical events, and/or property damage, and notify site leadership and/or public services as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floor areas, stock areas, building exterior, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

+ Monitor cameras, alarm systems, and entry points as assigned, help to deter theft and/or loss, and assist with access control for employees, vendors, and deliveries.

+ Complete detailed incident and shift reports, document observations and actions taken, and communicate post orders, updates, and escalation needs through approved channels.

* + Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

+ Handcuffs/Pepper Spray/Baton - preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
