We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. This is a commission-only position with no income cap
, ideal for driven individuals who want to control their earnings and grow their career in automotive sales.

No prior automotive sales experience is required—we provide training for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations

• Present pricing, financing options, and trade-in values

• Negotiate deals while maintaining dealership guidelines

• Follow up with leads and previous customers

• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM system

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Sales experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
