We are professional, agile, social and our goal is We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

We re looking for outgoing, confident and energetic individuals to sell our products in our retail stores. The Retail Sales Associate duties may include restocking inventory, talking with customers and setting up events to promote a positive shopping experience. Individuals who are passionate about the product and looking to make a positive impact both in the store and with customers can succeed as Retail Sales Associates.

• Greeting customers and answering their questions about products and services
• Assisting customers with their purchases and completing sales transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing
• Participating in inventory management activities
• Providing feedback to management on customer needs and preferences
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store goals
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people from various professional and educational backgrounds and diverse ethnicities, genders, ages and socioeconomic groups.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals in all levels of management, customers, vendors, and subordinates.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent interruptions requiring prioritization of tasks and rapid turnaround time under pressure.
• Accurately convey information to customers regarding the product and its features ensuring a positive experience for both the customer and the retailer.
• Properly merchandise retail store so it conforms to the corporate image and brand standards.
• Responsible for opening/closing of business securing cash receipts, etc.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
