Rollin Hills Veterinary and Rollin’ Paws Mobile Vet are seeking a talented, compassionate small-animal Veterinarian (DVM) to join our growing team in Santa Fe, NM. This is a unique opportunity to practice in both a hospital setting and a mobile, in-home model—giving you variety, autonomy, and the ability to deliver exceptional care in the environment that works best for each patient.

- Compensation up to $200,000 (based on experience/production)

- Provide veterinary care to small animals, including wellness exams, vaccines, and sick visits
- Conduct examinations, take medical histories, and develop treatment plans
- Perform surgeries, administer medications, and provide follow-up/after-care instructions
- Deliver care both in-home (mobile) and in-hospital depending on patient needs
- Educate clients and provide resources to support long-term pet health
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in continuing education and stay current with best practices in veterinary medicine
- DVM from an accredited institution
- Licensed in New Mexico (or willing to obtain NM licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Comfortable using electronic medical records / practice software
- Mobile visits to clients’ homes (and potentially farms, as needed)
- In-hospital clinical and surgical responsibilities
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform frequent bending/standing
- Compensation up to $200,000 (negotiable based on experience)
