Rollin Hills Veterinary and Rollin’ Paws Mobile Vet are seeking a talented, compassionate small-animal Veterinarian (DVM) to join our growing team in Santa Fe, NM. This is a unique opportunity to practice in both a hospital setting and a mobile, in-home model—giving you variety, autonomy, and the ability to deliver exceptional care in the environment that works best for each patient.

We are a fun, supportive group that prioritizes high-quality medicine, client education, and real work-life balance. If you’re passionate about animal health and enjoy building lasting client relationships, we encourage you to apply.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Compensation up to $200,000 (based on experience/production)
  • Strong focus on positive culture, teamwork, and work-life balance
  • Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options
  • Diverse caseload and meaningful client relationships in Santa Fe
What You’ll Do
  • Provide veterinary care to small animals, including wellness exams, vaccines, and sick visits
  • Conduct examinations, take medical histories, and develop treatment plans
  • Perform surgeries, administer medications, and provide follow-up/after-care instructions
  • Deliver care both in-home (mobile) and in-hospital depending on patient needs
  • Educate clients and provide resources to support long-term pet health
  • Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in continuing education and stay current with best practices in veterinary medicine
What We’re Looking For
  • DVM from an accredited institution
  • Licensed in New Mexico (or willing to obtain NM licensure)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Comfortable using electronic medical records / practice software
Work Environment
  • Mobile visits to clients’ homes (and potentially farms, as needed)
  • In-hospital clinical and surgical responsibilities
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform frequent bending/standing
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation up to $200,000 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Competitive benefits package (details discussed during interview)
