The RN provides safe, high-quality patient care, coordinates and implements individualized plans of care, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team. Ensures compliance with unit standards, patient safety, and organizational goals while maintaining professionalism and effective communication. Work Environment:
Acute care setting with exposure to blood borne pathogens, infectious diseases, and x-rays. Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing, lifting, and patient handling.
