State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License - Academic Preparation:
- Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO)
- Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire

Certifications:
Specialty Certifications in area of practice preferred - Professional Requirements/Emergency Response:
- BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required for all
- Additional Requirements based upon area of service
- CDS Outpatient
- Specialty Care Clinics:
Oncology Chemotherapy certification - Urgent Care: ACLS, PALS
- Pediatric Urgent Care: PALS
- Experience:
Minimum new graduate or experienced nurse from an accredited nursing program - Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing - Credential:
Registered Nurse-NM
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for nurse visits in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models.
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care for telephone triage in the ambulatory care setting per clinic staffing models.
- Responsible for Medication Refill Management as an agent of the provider using approved nursing protocols.
- Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of patients.
- Other duties as assigned.
