Base pay: $40.80/hr - $58.40/hr.

• Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes including patient flow, quality processes, and patient safety.
• Ensures safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care of all patients in the emergency department.
• May provide direct patient care and support unit staff.

• Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire.
• One year of nursing experience required.
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required.
• Specialty certifications preferred (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).
