** As a clinical practitioner, you will coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the specific needs of our oncology population.

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Deliver quality care in a safe and efficient manner.
- Exhibit performance aligned with the organization's mission, philosophy, and goals.
- Foster a respectful environment for staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills relevant to the patient population served.
- Communicate effectively with patients, adapting your approach based on their developmental age.

* Minimum Qualifications:

* Education:
** Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- *
* Certifications:
** - Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- ACLS Certification (AHA).
- NRP Certification.
- CHEMO Certification required.

* Experience:
** - 1 year of experience preferred.
** Nature of Supervision:** - Responsible to the Patient Care Director or Manager.
** Work Environment:** - Exposure to blood borne pathogens and infectious diseases.
- Clean, well-lit, and ventilated smoke-free environment.
- Flexibility required due to unexpected changes and emergencies.

* Physical Requirements:
** - Handle emergency/crisis situations effectively.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of heavy physical effort to position and transfer patients/equipment.
- Requires reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
- Good visual and auditory acuity.
