• Assignment Start Date: December 8, 2025
• Assignment End Date: March 8, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Openings Available: 2 ICU RN positions
• Tax Status: W2
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1780 - $1910

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or Compact state (required for New Mexico nursing jobs)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• TNCC certification preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred
• Ability to float to other hospital units as needed

• Coordinate and deliver patient care for adult ICU patients in a clinical setting
• Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care in accordance with ICU standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Respond promptly to emergency and critical care situations
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ensure compliance with patient rights, HIPAA, and confidentiality standards
• Participate in unit and hospital goals, supporting the mission and values of the healthcare organization
