The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in resource development, program and budget management, and community outreach and advocacy. Candidates should have a strong understanding of and connection with the people and organizations that support New Mexico’s food and agriculture system
Additional Areas of Responsibility- Executing the multi-year strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including individual giving, major gifts, corporate sponsor ships, and grants.
- Serving as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the organization at public events and in media, cultivating relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the mission, values, and goals.

Depending on Experience $90,000 - $115,000 with a generous benefit package
