Healthcare Administration
Oversee daily operations, internal systems, HR processes, vendor coordination, and organizational compliance. Support finance, office administration, and cross-team logistics to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Support hiring processes, onboarding, internal communications, record-keeping, and IT systems. Assist with grant reporting, scheduling, and maintaining organizational policies and procedures.
Other Information/Requirements:
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple systems and workflows. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Hybrid schedule possible. Experience in HR, operations, or nonprofit administration strongly preferred. 32-hour full-time schedule with benefits.
