Kingston Residence of Santa Fe is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our Assisted Living and Memory Care community safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. • Assist with maintenance and repair of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Perform seasonal upkeep and routine inspections to keep the community in top condition
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
• Carry out general tasks such as painting, carpentry, landscaping, and groundskeeping
• Support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating with vendors and contractors
• Follow all safety protocols to create a secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training a plus)
• Experience in general maintenance; healthcare or residential setting preferred
• Hands‑on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry helpful
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety standards for facility maintenance
• Strong communication skills and a helpful, resident‑focused attitude
