Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi is seeking a dedicated Shift Engineer to ensure the seamless operation of our luxury property. As part of our esteemed engineering team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of functionality, comfort, and safety for guests and staff. Your expertise in facility maintenance and problem-solving will contribute to delivering the exceptional service synonymous with Rosewood’s brand.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold Rosewood Hotels’ high standards of efficiency and guest experience.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
• Assist with renovations, installations, and system upgrades as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a flawless guest experience.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and replacement parts.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to the Director of Engineering and Director of Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, engineering, or a related field—preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment effectively.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
