As a key member of our informatics group, you will support antibody discovery and library technologies with a focus on Sanger and NGS sequencing, contributing to the growth of our antibody informatics expertise.###
** What you’ll be doing:
*** Collaborate with scientists and engineers to identify and fulfill data requirements for antibody research projects.
* Design and execute backend bioinformatics workflows for antibody discovery pipelines.
* Optimize existing methods for improved efficiency and API interoperability.
* Apply data analytics to assess sequencing quality and lead prioritization.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges independently.
* Contribute to the development of informatics tools and platforms.
* Maintain accurate documentation using electronic lab notebooks.
* Communicate insights and findings across multidisciplinary teams.###
** What We Are Looking For:
*** PhD with 0+ years of experience or MS with 3–4+ years of relevant experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Biostatistics, or related field.
* Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Bash, Perl, AWS CLI, or similar languages.
* Experience with Git Hub, PyCharm, and cloud-based computing environments.
* Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.###
** The Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

needed for this role:
*** Deep understanding of DNA/amino acid processing and sequencing file formats (FASTQ, ABI, FASTA, CSV, TSV).
* Strong grasp of NGS platforms including Illumina (MiSeq, Nova Seq) and Pac Bio.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
* Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.###

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $47,500.00 - $99,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
