We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will design, implement, manage, and support enterprise systems while ensuring reliability, security, and performance across our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and maintain Windows and/or Linux-based systems and cloud environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures
- Manage system updates, patches, backups, and disaster recovery processes
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance and best practices
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms
- Experience with automation, monitoring tools, and system security
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must reside in the United States
- Must have valid authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware, Microsoft, Linux)
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
