The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily housekeeping operations and team coordination
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards
• Assist with staffing, training and performance support for team members
• Monitor inventory of linens, supplies and equipment
• Communicate with Front Desk and Maintenance to support guest needs

HC2

• Previous housekeeping supervisory or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40+ pounds
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
