• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience.
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success.

• You have 1+ years of service industry experience and spa coordination, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment
• Your schedule is flexible- you have availability to work weekends and holidays. This position requires weekly availability on Mondays and Tuesdays.

• Create a welcoming, memorable spa experience by building genuine connections with guests from the moment they walk in the door.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism, confidence, and a solution-oriented mindset, especially when it comes to accommodating special requests.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in scheduling and the spa booking system to ensure maximum sales potential and guest/employee satisfaction.
• Support and collaborate with the spa team to achieve shared success.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and assist Spa Therapists and Attendants as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
