Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise banquet servers during events
- Ensure room setups match Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Coordinate service timing with kitchen and bar teams
- Greet clients and serve as the main contact during events
- Train, coach, and support banquet staff
- Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Complete post-event reports and communicate feedback to management
- Prior banquet or hospitality leadership experience required
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Excellent organization and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
