Stretch Practitioner; Certified Physical Therapist

Stretch Lab Santa Fe is seeking licensed professionals in personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, dance, yoga, or Pilates to be trained as stretch practitioners. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a growing modality within the fitness industry.

Stretch Lab is the leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, founded by experts from the personal training industry. We offer various services to help clients "Live Long". Our team includes professionals certified in physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. We pride ourselves on having the best team of stretching professionals.

Our proprietary Flexologist TM training ensures clients receive world-class stretching sessions.

At Santa Fe, Flexologists provide personalized assisted stretches and lead group stretching classes.

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients
• Encourage and motivate clients during sessions
• Build membership and retain clients through sales
• Manage client care by delivering excellent stretching experiences, booking appointments, updating notes, and following up on memberships
• Ensure client safety and enforce policies
• Attend staff meetings and educational sessions
• Assist with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain social media presence to support membership and retention
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use

Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility is essential.

Preferred backgrounds include:

• Licensed Massage Therapist
• Licensed Personal Trainer
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Licensed Chiropractor
• Certified Pilates Instructor
• Certified Yoga Instructor
• Certified Dance Instructor
• Degree in Kinesiology

Experience in a fitness or health environment providing hands-on training is required. Fitness certification is also required.

Ability to foster a positive, welcoming environment, communicate effectively, and show empathy is crucial.

Must love connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals.

Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies are mandatory.

Candidates must be willing to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of hands-on training.
