** - Assess and treat neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems.
- Maintain or restore function impaired by injury or disease.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized plans of care.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer various physical therapy modalities.

* Minimum Qualifications:

* Education:
** - Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, or Associates Degree in Physical Therapy.
- ** Certifications/Licenses:** - Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure.
- BLS certification via AHA required.
- ** Skills Needed:** - Strong assessment, evaluation, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

- ** Nature of Supervision:** - Responsible to:
Director/Manager Rehabilitation Services
- ** Work Environment:** - Clean, well-lit, ventilated, smoke-free environment.
- Potential exposure to communicable diseases, combative patients, and hazardous chemicals.
- Subject to stressful professional relationships.

* Physical Requirements:
** - Good physical condition; ability to stand and walk extensively.
- Lifting, positioning, and transferring of patients (up to 50 lbs).
- Risk of strains from lifting heavy patients and equipment.
