• Offer a ride to a specialist appointment

• Support transitions at home or from the hospital

Required:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred:

• CNA or HHA certification
• Experience supporting older adults

• Competitive Pay: $20-25/hour (varies by region)
