• The Memory Care Recreation Assistant delivers efficient and effective recreation programming activities in the Memory Care Unit to achieve positive clinical outcomes for dementia patients/residents and family satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of an interdisciplinary plan of patient/resident care.
• Facilitate and encourage patients'/residents' participation in group and individual activities.
• Provide resources and materials to address the special interests of patients'/residents' for independent engagement.
• Make recommendations regarding recreation equipment/supplies required to meet the needs of the patients/residents and maintain adequate supplies of them.

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to their medical and physical needs.

USD $16.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
