About the Role

We are looking for compassionate Mental Health professionals to join our team in Santa Fe, New Mexico

Licensed Therapist (Office-Based)

Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico (or surrounding area)

Are you a compassionate, driven therapist looking for flexibility and growth opportunities? Join the Faith Works Counseling team, where your expertise will make a real difference in clients’ lives. With this role you will have the support of an agency with the autonomy of a private practice.

    Minimum 25 client hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate progress in their mental health journey.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders.
  • Create personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and circumstances.
  • Meet regularly with clients for ongoing counseling and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Conduct continuous assessments to track client progress.
  • Involve family members in treatment plans when appropriate to enhance client support.
  • Refer clients to specialists or outside agencies if necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
  • Location: Must live in or around Santa Fe, New Mexico.
  • Licensing: Must be licensed or willing to obtain licensure in New Mexico.
  • Education: Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Both independently licensed (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) and non‑independently licensed clinicians (LMHC, LMSW, LAMFT) are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrates a community‑minded approach and actively contributes to building and maintaining a strong client base.
