Summary: The hybrid work schedule available for this role, comes with the expectation that the Manager has a standing in-person presence and makes an effort to visit team members for in-person events, meetings, and touch-points. The Manager of Operations and Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating regional community health initiatives across the state focused on advancing chronic disease programs and support, including supporting a Community Health Worker workforce as an integral part of chronic disease care.

This role will be responsible for grant management, partnerships with community-based organization and connecting clinical care and social care systems.

• Presbyterian is seeking a Manager - Community Health Ops and Strategic Initiatives to lead high-impact community health programs, oversee strategic initiative development, and ensure full compliance with federal grant regulations.
• Manage the implementation of Community Action Plans, partner with grants management and compliance teams to support accurate contracting and reporting, and drive the onboarding and execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Develop and monitor budgets to achieve award-related financial and operational goals, facilitate internal process improvements, and guide staff and contractors in meeting federal requirements.
• Prepare federal program reports, contribute to leadership and community partner reporting, manage relationships with government agencies and community organizations, and coordinate data collection, metric analysis, and performance reporting.
• Support evaluation efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in community councils and boards, and advance Presbyterian's mission through continuous improvement of community health initiatives.

• Bachelor Degree required;
  Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Administration, Public Health preferred
• Five to eight years of business/administration/operations experience

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
