• Deliver, set up, and educate patients and their families on medical equipment.

• Empathy, patience, and understanding in in-person customer interactions.
• Familiarity with medical equipment and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in software and tools related to delivering, setting up, and maintaining medical equipment.
