Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a construction specialist in New Mexico to assist with and oversee the entirety of construction phases for a large industrial and government project and on location in Sante Fe. We are seeking a temp-to-hire consultant with a conversion salary around $75, depending on level of experience and performance.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Pre-bid & planning phase
- Execution Phase
- Close-out Phase
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Assisting VDC and BIM planning
- Performing estimating tasks, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis for future projects.
- Participate in bid-day quote tabulations and job walks

- 3+ years of construction management experience in managing entirety of construction phases (planning, execution, close-out)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Experience with Water/Wastewater project management for new build, expansion, and rehab
- Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and/or Building Intelligence Modeling (BIM) experience
- Advanced scheduling, cost analysis, and risk management
