Insight Global is seeking a construction specialist in New Mexico to assist with and oversee the entirety of construction phases for a large industrial and government project and on location in Sante Fe. We are seeking a temp-to-hire consultant with conversion salary around $75, depending on level of experience and performance. Daily responsibilities will include:

• Pre-bid & planning phase

• Execution Phase

• Close-out Phase
Additional responsibilities will include:

• Assisting VDC and BIM planning

• Performing estimating tasks, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis for future projects.
Participate in bid-day quote tabulations and job walks

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of construction management experience in managing entirety of construction phases (planning, execution, close-out)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related
Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Water/Wastewater project management for new build, expansion, and rehab

• Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and/or Building Intelligence Modeling (BIM) experience
Advanced scheduling, cost analysis, and risk management
