The Associate Optometrist is a leader in delivering the brand promise, experience, and key results through collaboration and teamwork. They ensure all patients receive the highest quality Optometric care by performing clinical protocols while maximizing results and practice growth through strong partnership with the MOD, SMM, and team.

• Ensure completion of clinical protocols and provide accurate diagnosis and recommendations.
• Place the patient/customer first and deliver outstanding service.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceed results through KPI management and accountability.
• Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed patient service by guiding patients through the eye exam and explaining each step.
• Utilize technology to deliver patient/customer experiences and maintain office systems.
• Maintain State licensure in good standing, handle Continuing Education requirements, and provide effective training and feedback to team members.
• Lead by example, maintain a safe environment, and foster a positive culture.

• Doctor of Optometry

Base salary: $–$ per year (Santa Fe, NM). Employee pay depends on geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage. Additional compensation may include bonuses and commissions, along with a comprehensive benefits package (health care, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts).
