Customer Success Representative (Inglés conversacional)

El Representante de Customer Success (CSR) es responsable de apoyar a los Global Account Managers y Managing Directors en la gestión de las relaciones y el crecimiento de las Cuentas de Industrias Globales de Iron Mountain. El candidato ideal contará con una trayectoria tanto comercial como operativa que le permita construir y mantener relaciones con éxito, asesorar a los clientes, desarrollar programas innovadores y expandirse a través de nuevas unidades de negocio a escala global.

Lo que harás

+ Colaborar en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de Cuentas Globales y actuar como defensor de los equipos externos e internos, interactuando de manera interfuncional en todos los niveles de la organización.

+ Liderar actividades de soporte operativo y de cuenta, incluyendo cambios en el servicio al cliente, negociaciones de contratos, transferencias de inventario, facturación y resolución de problemas, asegurando al mismo tiempo el cumplimiento de los acuerdos con el cliente, contratos y Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLAs).

+ Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio y la lealtad del cliente mediante la construcción y el mantenimiento de relaciones sólidas con los contactos clave del cliente, identificando y apoyando nuevas oportunidades (venta cruzada/incremental, Solicitudes de Propuesta/Declaraciones de Trabajo) y superando consistentemente los objetivos a través de un enfoque centrado en el cliente.

Lo que aportarás

+ Más de 5 años de experiencia gestionando relaciones con clientes grandes y complejos.

+ Sólido conocimiento de la estructura organizacional, jerarquía, productos y servicios de Iron Mountain a escala global.

+ Capacidad comprobada para la iniciativa propia, resolución proactiva de problemas, trabajo independiente y mantenimiento de sólidas habilidades interpersonales, con experiencia trabajando con clientes a nivel global.

+ Título universitario o experiencia equivalente, con capacidad para hablar inglés.
