As a Customer Service Manager with Jamie Dunn at State Farm, you will create exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of our insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of community members you serve.

• Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

• 2‑3 years of experience in insurance.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Additional pay for Spanish speaker.
• Must hold Property & Casualty (P&C) licensed and Life & Health (L&H) licensed.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
