About the Role: Northland is looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. The Leasing Consultant represents Northland by delivering a top-tier customer experience to residents and prospects. Responsibilities include apartment leasing, touring prospective residents, current resident retention, satisfaction, and community-focused marketing. Day-to-day will manage inbound and outbound calls, multitask walk-ins and scheduled appointments, and support the onsite team.
Northland’s leasing team maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service. Leasing team members will assist on weekends as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative ability with employees, residents, and vendors.
- Working weekend shifts may be required for this role.
- Travel may be required to assist other properties or attend training classes.
- May be required to operate a golf cart to travel around the property.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, climb, bend, and squat.
- Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
