OverviewAs a Multifamily Project Manager, you will coach the project team and manage your project from inception to close, with detailed knowledge of each project phase and process. Responsibilities include site, personnel, and sub-contractor management, and you will be the primary point of contact for Pavilion’s clients and their architect. You will preside over critical pre-construction meetings to establish expectations among all project stakeholders, and you will develop a management plan using Pavilion construction management tools and software.
Pavilion's written standard operating procedures empower you to lead the project from start to finish and mentor key roles serving you, including the superintendent and engineers.
Responsibilities- Manage project from inception to close, including site, personnel, and sub-contractor management.
- Serve as the project point of contact for Pavilion’s clients and their architect.
- Lead pre-construction meetings and establish expectations among project stakeholders.
- Develop the project management plan using Pavilion tools and software (e.g., Viewpoint Construction Software, Pro Contractor, MS Office Suite).
- Lead and mentor critical roles such as superintendent and engineers.
- 2+ years of experience on multi-family, senior housing, or hospitality projects.
- Experience as a project engineer, project manager, or superintendent.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), estimating software, and construction accounting software.
- 2 years of post-graduate education (e.g., trade school, apprenticeship) is a plus.
- Positive problem-solving attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $ per year
