• Manage and coordinate daily construction operations
• Run weekly safety meetings with all trades
• Take overall site management and team leadership
• Responsibility for supervising all on-site trades and personnel
• Communication of the ongoing evolution of the project, milestones, and reports
• Communication with the Project Managers regarding construction activities
• Work with the Project Engineers to ensure submittals and clarification are current
• Site Management & Coordination
• Creation of daily reports and pictorial documentation of progress and issues

• Relevant on-site leadership and supervisory experience in construction
• Ability to review and comprehend schematic drawings and articulate a weekly and monthly plan
• Strong focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget
• Effective communication with project managers, engineers, trades, and clients
• Organized, proactive, and able to lead by example

Salary: $70,000.00 - $ per year
