LS Electric America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Santa Fe Springs, CA location.
This role is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory handling, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control and product movement
- Create shipping labels and warehouse documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as sit‑down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams as needed
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and move throughout the workday
- Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, ERP/WMS experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
