Salary Range: $23.62 hourly

The Apprentice Technician will receive hands-on training to service, repair, and maintain CASE construction machinery and related equipment. Working under direct supervision, this role will learn to follow OEM procedures, use proper tools safely, and perform basic shop duties to support the service team.

• Train to perform service maintenance and repairs on construction equipment, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical components, computer systems, and structural repairs (including welding).
• Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment following OEM guidelines.
• Safely operate and apply hand, pneumatic, and electric tools.
• Complete tasks based on verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and fellow employees.
• Assist with cleaning, detailing, and delivering equipment as required.
• Support general shop duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Diesel technical certificate and 1+ years of diesel mechanical experience to start as an apprentice technician.
• Must have mechanical aptitude.
• Performs other functions or duties as directed by management in line with the objectives of the dealership.
