Yourimpact
- Keep equipment running: structure and prioritize preventive, predictive, planned, and project work around production needs.
- Drive clarity: write step-by-step job plans, safety notes, and work instructions; organize materials and job kits.
- Secure resources: identify/obtain parts and services; submit purchase requests for repairs, replacements, and contracts.
- Plan the people: estimate craft hours and skills; coordinate weekend and downtime windows.
- Run the rhythm: host weekly operations/technical/maintenance huddles to align on priorities.
- Own the CMMS: create, revise, and optimize PMs in Megamation; schedule contractor PMs.
- Support special initiatives and take on additional duties that elevate reliability and throughput.
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years in highly automated, lean/continuous flow manufacturing.
- Fluency with CMMS platforms and data-driven maintenance planning.
- Comfort reading schematics and making sound independent decisions.
- Organized, proactive, and able to lead resolution of lab equipment issues.
- Effective communicator who works well with minimal oversight.
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime when requested.
- Able to alternate sitting, standing, and walking for up to 10 hours.
- Hands-on familiarity with Megamation/Megamations planning and inventory modules.
