Looking for a reliable assembly job with growth potential? We are hiring Electrical Mechanical Assemblers to keep the shop humming and production goals on track.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Ability to follow written and visual work instructions, diagrams, BOMs, and schematics
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and task-prioritization skills
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 20 lbs

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Assemble, splice, crimp, tint, and test cable harnesses
• Perform continuity and pull tests to ensure quality standards
• Use hand and power tools, including multimeters, crimpers, and soldering equipment
• Inspect and test parts for accuracy, function, and consistency
• Communicate with team members and assist across departments as needed
• Complete minor rework on mechanical and electrical components

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
