The primary responsibility of this position is to balance production orders and ready them for back‑distribution.

• Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP‑Planning
  • Processing of request for quotation and coordination of delivery dates
  • Release production orders
  • Ensuring a smooth production process, including coordination of the right items in the right amount at the right time, in the right place
  • Prepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacity
  • Secure the on‑time delivery of production
  • Monitor delivery times and stock levels
  • Lead the weekly CFM meeting incl. documentation
  • Control unprocessed material bookings (COGI)
  • Lead and develop Planning employees
  • Maintain all relevant production master data like BOM ’s and R outing ’s .

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, Accounting, Chemistry
• Or equivalent experience (min 5 years) in production planning
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Be detail oriented and can think critically
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership ability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines
