EHS Supervisor – Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor to lead and enhance safety, environmental compliance, and risk-reduction initiatives across our facility. This role is ideal for a proactive EHS professional who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving a culture of safety excellence.

• Oversee daily EHS operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and training.
• Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective‑action plans.
• Manage hazardous materials handling, waste management, and environmental reporting.
• Support emergency preparedness planning and response processes.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify risks, implement controls, and enhance overall safety performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8–10 years of EHS experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, hazardous materials management, and emergency response procedures.

This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

The pay range for this position is $ - $/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
