This is a full-time, on-site position for an Office Manager located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The Office Manager will manage daily administrative and operational functions, ensure efficient office operations, and support the team with organizing office equipment and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing office administration, managing correspondence, maintaining office supply inventory, and assisting with client relations and inquiries.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Experience using and managing Office Equipment
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
