We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Santa Cruz, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Competitive compensation package of $24.00–$31.50 per hour (training rate $19.00)

• Sick days: 5 days

• Safety-Focused Operations:
  Follow designated routes and schedules, adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care:
  Assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation, and provide a comfortable ride.
• Vehicle Vigilance:
  Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance needs, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Adherence to Protocols:
  Enforce seat belts, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance; follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required

• 21 years or older
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis

• Work outside in varying temperatures; perform 100% of duties outdoors, may work alone or in remote locations
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours); walk long distances and navigate uneven surfaces
• Push/pull up to 50 pounds; lift up to 50 pounds; occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching
• Work in high-traffic areas; tolerate dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
