Join Auto Zone as a Commercial Driver – Part Time in Santa Cruz, CA. No CDL required; company-provided vehicle will be used. This role focuses on delivering WOW! Customer Service through safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts and supporting store operations.

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• Hazmat endorsement (preferred).
