Are you a people-person with a sales mindset who loves building relationships and closing deals? First Pacific is looking for a Spanish-speaking Leasing and Resident Relations Specialist to join our team in Santa Cruz
!

We’re searching for someone bubbly, outgoing, and confident, with a big personality and strong closing skills. Your energy, communication style, and ability to connect will play a huge role in shaping the resident experience and driving leasing success in our community.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for prospective residents and current tenants—touring apartments, closing leases, managing renewals, and creating positive resident relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love turning conversations into signed leases, this is the role for you.

You’ll engage with prospects, follow up on leads, close leases, assist with resident renewals, coordinate resident events, and help create a welcoming, energetic community. We provide the tools and support you need to succeed and grow.

• Fluency in Spanish (required)
• A high-energy, outgoing personality with a natural sales presence
• Proven Leasing or Sales Experience with strong closing skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and general internet use (Yardi CRM experience a plus)
• A positive, “can-do” attitude with professionalism and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work Saturdays during high-vacancy periods
