We are looking for a self‑starter who thrives on taking initiative and driving results. The Territory Manager will grow brands by building strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve commercial sales and growth objectives within the territory, supporting division, region, and company goals.
  • Develop a local strategy and business plan to meet territory objectives, including identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and targeting retail outlets for product sales opportunities.
  • Strategize product and POS material placements to optimize sales and market visibility.
  • Maintain customer/consumer engagement certification and demonstrate mastery within territory.
  • Build client willingness and capability to collaborate on key business fundamentals to accelerate industry transformation and increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with local chains and distributors through correspondence, visits, and presentations.
  • Sell/execute the 5

    Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling to customers.
  • Analyze territory to identify and negotiate contracts with new retail customers.
  • Collaborate with division manager on territory‑specific planning, product initiatives, and market share improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication with retail customers and adult nicotine consumers in person.
  • Effective influencing, sales, negotiation, and marketing skills.

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and safe driving records.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 200 miles per day).
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs., climb heights of 9‑12 ft., access confined spaces, inspect merchandise, and stoop/kneel/crouch frequently.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
Qualifications and Knowledge
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Committed to continuous professional growth.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Preferable Experience
  • Previous marketing‑focused role, preferably in sales or field market.
  • Successful sales representative/territory manager role experience.
  • Geographic mobility across the U.S. for career advancement.

Salary and Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $68,700
  • Bonus Target: 20%
  • Geographical Wage Differential (GWD):
    Up to 20% (subject to tax and adjustment).
