Sales Associate; Lead Generator or PT

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income.

• Compensation: $20 hourly, part-time or full-time, plus spiff for sold leads.
• Fuel:
  Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehouses.
• Benefits:
  Full-time employees may enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k with match per company requirements.

This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position.

• Speaking to potential customers/homeowners
• Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors
• Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support
• Work independently including weekends
• Training will be provided

• Professionalism in the warehouse; clean, professional appearance
• Must be High School Graduate & have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel locally to 3–4 stores:
  Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey County
• Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week
• Friendly and approachable
• Able to speak clearly and professionally
• Strong ability to generate sales
