You will:

• Demonstrate the value of our advanced security and smart home products to customers
• Visit customers at their residences or businesses to provide customized solutions
• Build and nurture relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Achieve sales targets through a combination of training, product knowledge, and persistence

• Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy individual driven to succeed
• Strong communication and creative skills
• Empathy and problem‑solving ability
• Thorough understanding of the newest technology
• Ability to prioritize time and adapt to changing customer needs

Sales advisors receive a commission‑only structure with uncapped earnings (top performers earn $150K+). In addition, a training wage of up to $4,000 is paid during the first eight weeks. Commissions are paid on a percentage of products or services sold, with a monthly performance bonus available.
