Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Budtender. The Budtender will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and informative shopping experience for all patrons.
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Educate customers on the various strains, products, consumption methods, and effects of cannabis.
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and display cases.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and cannabis laws and regulations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
