We are seeking personable and polished Servers to join our award-winning hospitality team at a high-end hotel in Santa Cruz. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating elevated, memorable dining experiences for discerning guests.

As a Server, you'll be the face of our dining experience-providing attentive, warm, and efficient service to guests enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events. We're looking for individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality and a flair for creating positive guest interactions.

• Greet and serve guests in a courteous, professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.

• Provide detailed knowledge of menu offerings and specials.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Prior server experience preferred, ideally in upscale or resort dining.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card (or be willing to obtain one).
