Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join a collaborative and supportive emergency and specialty team in Santa Cruz, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced emergency clinician who enjoys overnight medicine and values autonomy, teamwork, and strong technical support while managing high-acuity cases.

Overnight clinicians work alongside a skilled team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, ensuring excellent continuity of care and clinical backing throughout each shift.

Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- Eligibility for veterinary licensure in California
- Minimum of 1 year experience in emergency practice preferred
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfort and confidence working overnight emergency shifts
- Highly competitive overnight compensation
- Base salary range: $210,000 - $220,000 USD
- Sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses up to $75,000
