Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Part-Time / PRNAll Shifts Available  Starting at $38/hour DOE  Santa Cruz Post Acute Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our care team. We offer part‑time and PRN positions across all shifts, along with a supportive culture focused on teamwork and exceptional resident care.

Position Summary The LVN provides skilled nursing care and supports residents with their daily health needs. You’ll work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to promote safety, comfort, and high‑quality clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Provide direct nursing care including medication administration and treatments
* Assist with assessments and monitor resident conditions
* Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation
* Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, physicians, and families
* Follow infection control and safety protocols
* Support resident-centered care and uphold dignity and respect
* Contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications
* Current LVN license in California
* Strong communication and clinical skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
* SNF experience preferred but not required—training provided
* Reliable, compassionate, and team‑oriented

Compensation & Schedule
* Starting at $38 per hour (DOE)
